Healthy diets
The diets with which you are going to lose 10 kilos must be
personalized diets, not with the same generalist menu for everyone and in which
you cannot skip a plate. It will depend on your tastes, your possibilities,

Just remember that a healthy diet should be balanced and
complete, with less caloric intake that comes from supplementary foods and rich
